Extremely friendly people working here, great value place. Within 10 minutes’ walk of the underground station. Good service and delicious breakfasts. An excellent stay with a nice swimming pool. Recommend to everyone.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and absolutely great with absolutely perfect employees at the reception desk. The delicious and very very good breakfast offers affordable food: fruit and vegetable.

The hotel is located in a nice area, with easy access to the city center. The staff is friendly and attentive, always wearing smiles and ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds 

The pool on a roof, a restaurant court yard, a free parking is more than 3 days, design of lifts

The paid Turkish bath, the personnel does not speak Russian and badly speaks on английски, there is no porridge for a breakfast.

The combination price - volume is very poor. The pools are very small, the sauna and hamam for additional charge.

The room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and cozy restaurant with a terrace. Convenient location near shops, metro, bus, and tram stations. 

Freindly staff especially Mr. Mohan at the front reception desk and the room clearner lady for the 5th floor.

The water in the bathroom is little oily, I dont know why
